We have a community-based private practice with a mission to provide the highest quality mental health services in an environment that fosters your ability to bring change in order to help you achieve and attain your goals in therapy and life. Our goal is to help you become your best self, as defined by you. In a secure and respectful psychotherapeutic relationship, we work to help you develop a life that is more fulfilling. We offer individual counseling for adults experiencing a wide range of concerns; depression, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship difficulties, recovery from trauma, self-esteem concerns, lgbtq related issues, life transitions and challenges such as career changes, health concerns, or the loss of a loved one. Any situation in which you believe you are not coping as well as you’d like is appropriate for counseling.
Our approach to therapy is an active partnership with you, the client. We use evidence-based interventions. Often society focuses on what’s wrong without looking at what is going well. A more holistic understanding helps put concerns in perspective, helping you gain confidence to use your strengths more effectively.
