Therapeutic Gentle Movement

For clients who feel more open or relaxed outdoors, we also offer Walk & Talk Counseling along the Boise River Greenbelt. This option combines gentle movement with therapeutic conversation, helping many clients think more clearly, reduce stress, and feel more at ease.

Sessions are conducted at a slow, comfortable pace and can be mixed with regular in-office or teletherapy appointments.
